I love seeing people function as God designed them to function. Seeing people discovering the place that God has SHAPED to serve and to see them join Him in reaching their lost friends – it doesn’t get any better than that.” - Pastor Dwight Dwight Weber joined Colonial Woods staff June of 2004 as Executive Director of Ministry after 24 years of vocational ministry. He is a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College with a Bachelor of Science in a double major of Bible and Music with a minor in Christian Education. His love is training and equipping others to a ministry lifestyle of winning their lost friends to Christ, and building up fellow believers to function according to their individual and/or corporate God-given design. He has served as a Senior Pastor for 13 years, leading the Memphis Free Methodist Church, Memphis Michigan and Midland Free Methodist Church, Midland Michigan as Lead Pastor. He has served as Director of Ministries at Sugarcreek Free Methodist Church, Sugarcreek Ohio and as Associate Pastor of Administration and Volunteer Placement at Crossroads Community Church, Temperance Michigan, as well as Assistant Pastor of the Linden Free Methodist Church, Linden, Michigan. Dwight and his wife Julie were married in 1979. They have three children, Dustin, Stephanie and Josiah.
