 Valerie BallDirector of Single Adults, DivorceCare, DC4K Valerie and her husband, Larry, have been married since 1969. They have a son Larry II and a daughter Amy, both married, who have given them six grandchildren. They began attending CWMC in 1989 and have served in various ministries since. Having a daughter who was a single mom she felt the need on a personal level for ministry to meet the needs of single moms. Then in 1996, as a lay person, she started a ministry with the specific intent to meet the complex needs of single moms. In 1997, she was hired to serve on staff as the Singles Ministry Coordinator. God is the Head of their household and the LORD of their lives. He knew the desire of her heart was to serve full-time in ministry and He provided the way. Val feels that it has been and is still a privilege designing and implementing ministry with single adults (and in some cases their children) from this church and the community. She enjoys the opportunity to see lives change for the good, to see meaningful relationships built with so many and to see singles just having fun.
