Children's Volunteer Connection
February 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Carpenter Rooms (map)

All Anchor Children's Ministry Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday Venue volunteers (adult and youth) are asked to attend an important gathering. Amy and Lisa will be sharing things the Lord has put on their hearts for the ministry, updating policy and procedure information, answering questions, and gathering feedback from teachers and helpers. Beverages and light snacks will be provided as well as a drawing for gift cards to local businesses as a small thank you for giving your time not only in service to our children and families but to our ministry team as a whole. PJ Party

This event is for ages 4's – First Grade

What's more fun than wearing your cozy pajamas in the middle of winter? Wearing your cozy pajamas and having fun with your friends! It's P.J. Party time…dinner, games, music, crafts, and bedtime stories. The cost is $5.00 per child with a maximum cost of $15 per family. Parents can stop by the foyer table (map) or church office (map) to register and pay for their kids starting Sunday, February19. Deadline to register is Sunday, February 26. Attention Parents of Third Graders: Anchor Children's Ministry would like to partner with you in teaching your third-grader the importance of spending time in God's Word. Every third grader will be presented with a new Hands-On Bible. Our prayer is that this event will encourage each boy and girl in developing a love for the Word through regular time spent reading the scriptures. Plan now to join us for this special event with your child.

Promotion Sunday

Children going into Kindergarten in the fall of 2012 as well as all 1st graders – 12th graders are promoted to the next grade level.

Happy Time Children's Camp
June 18-22, 2012

If you have a child that has completed grades 3-6 and has a desire for a summer camp experience consider Happy Time Camp, sponsored by the Michigan District of the Missionary Church. Your children will have a great time learning about God, hanging out with new and old friends, and creating memories that will last forever.
