Wednesday Night Classes

We know single adults are looking for solid relationships; a place where spiritual growth & discipleship are provided; all in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Classes are offered for specific ages and specific needs (single parents, divorce care, single adults, and much more!)

For Singles (50 and better). God uses many different passages from throughout the Bible to touch us and teach us. Join us to develop some “new favorites” as we read and discuss scriptures that will help comfort and encourage us get the most out of God’s word.

Cost: $20 which includes the workbook

Divorce Care is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. It’s a place where you can be around people who understand what you are feeling. It’s a place where you can hear valuable information about ways to heal from the hurt of divorce. We meet Wednesday evening from 6:45-8:00 PM and the CW Ministry Center at the Grove Mall (2700 Pine Grove & Garfield), upstairs in Suite 46 (map).

Relational Foundations Program (RFP)
Wednesdays, 6:45-8:00 p.m., upstairs of the CW Ministry Center located at the Grove Mall, 2700 Pine Grove Ave., Port Huron (map)

RFP is a series of courses that teach the student how to handle all types of spiritual and personal challenges while learning to strengthen all relationships.

The first level of courses is designed to be used in succession and help participants uncover the issues that often keep them from a rich, full spiritual life:

• Changes That Heal - How to understand your past to ensure a healthier future.
  
• Hiding From Love - How to change the withdrawal patterns that isolate and imprison you.
  
• Boundaries - When to say YES, When to say NO; to take control of your life.
  
• Safe People - How to find relationships that are good for you and avoid those that aren’t.

The second level course is entitled: “Peacefakers, Peacebreakers, and Peacemakers” and is designed primarily for those who have completed the Level One RFP Course.

This study offers rich, practical insights from God’s Word and highly relevant case studies for anyone who wants more peaceable relations with family members, co-workers, neighbors, fellow church members and others.
